^And last but no least, Abbie's pumpkin, it's a painting of a sunset.We painted instead of carved because...well really for two reasons.
1.) the pumpkins will last longer and
2.)Mommy's lazy and didn't want the mess of pumpkin seeds and guts everywhere.
I know that for many this is part of the fun, exciting tradition. But for me it's a time consuming, sticky, gooey, stringy, seedy, mess of a time that I really don't enjoy that much.
